Bath / Wet-Area Installation Crews

Crews for acrylic wall-system baths — tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, and wet-area remodels. Most installs complete in one to two days.

What you'll do
  • Tear-out, substrate prep, waterproofing, wall-system installation, fixtures, and glass
  • Plumbing to code — drain swaps and valve sets, with licensed plumber coordination where required
  • Accessibility work: anchored grab bars, low thresholds, and built-in seating
  • Clean, efficient installs in occupied homes

Who we're looking for: Wet-area or acrylic wall-system experience preferred; skilled remodelers who learn a system quickly are encouraged to reach out. Your own insurance and tools.

Project Consultant (Sales)

A consultative, in-home sales role for exterior remodeling projects. Appointments are pre-scheduled and pre-qualified — no cold calling or door-to-door canvassing.

What you'll do
  • Conduct in-home inspections and consultations for scheduled appointments
  • Evaluate roofing, siding, and exterior conditions; take precise measurements; present a firm written quote on the spot
  • Provide honest, expert recommendations — repair when repair is right, replacement when it isn't
  • Present financing options alongside cash pricing and close signed agreements

Who we're looking for: Sales or exteriors industry experience preferred; we'll train the right candidate. Strong communication skills and a consultative, honest approach.

Is this a job application?

Do I need my own insurance and equipment?

Installation crews work with their own liability insurance and equipment — that's standard for the trade. Office and sales positions don't need either; just bring the skills.

Do I need previous experience?

For installation crews, yes — we're looking for real production experience. For sales and office roles, experience helps, but we'll train the right person with the right attitude.

What areas would I be working in?

We serve 287 communities across Northeast Wisconsin from our Green Bay shop. Crews run jobs across that footprint; office roles are based out of Green Bay.

How does pay work?

Installation crews earn competitive per-job rates. Office and sales roles are competitive hourly or salary, with commission on sales positions. We keep pay straightforward and talk real numbers early.

How soon will I hear back?

Every submission is reviewed and you'll get a reply by text, usually within a couple business days — a straight answer either way.

Is the work steady?

For crews, yes — jobs are sold at a firm written price before you roll, with clear scopes and permits already pulled. Scheduled work, not chasing the next lead.
